西電新聞網訊（通訊員 仲秦）國家留學基金管理委員會日前公布了2013年國家建設高水平大學公派研究生項目出國留學人員錄取名單，西安電子科技大學共有30人入選。
其中，李世華等10人被錄取攻讀慕尼黑工業大學等國際知名高校的博士學位，楊兆年等20人被中弗羅里達大學等高校錄取為聯合培養博士研究生。
