                  Notes:

                  1. You can register to CIVR2010 via RegOnline provided by ACM. Bank transfers and credit card payments are possible. If you choose the bank transfer option, after transferring the registration fee to the ACM in-house account, you need to return the receipt by scan & email to civr2010@gmail.com.

                  2. Each regular registration will cover the following fees:
                    admission to all CIVR2010 sessions
                    one electronic copy of the conference proceedings
                    all coffee breaks, reception and banquet

                  3. Each paper must have at least one author registered at a non-student rate by May 8, 2010. Papers submitted without registration will not be included in the conference program or in the proceedings. Additionally, for each accepted paper at least one author is required to attend the conference and present the paper.

                  4. Early registration fees apply for payment by credit card or wire transfer received by May 15, 2010. Late registration fees apply for payment by credit card or wire transfer received between May 16 and July 4, 2010. Payment on site (late registration rates apply) will be possible in cash only.

                  5. The registration for ACM members is discounted, but the ACM membership number should be provided to the registration system. Students' and reduced registrations correspond to full benefits. A student registration fee requires a confirmation of student's status. Either one of the following can serve as such proof: a copy of your student card or a signed letter from your supervisor. Please scan & email your proof to civr2010@gmail.com .

                  Letter of Invitation:

                  Letters of invitation will be provided to those who require it as long as they have completed the registration procedure and the payment has been confirmed. After you have registered, send an enquiry to civr2010@gmail.com and a letter of invitation will be provided for you.

                   
                   

                  Invitation Letter for Visa Application
                   

                   

                  For any foreign participant to the conference who needs an invitation letter for applying Chinese visa, please complete the

                  and email it to civr2010@gmail.com, together with a scanned copy of your passport before June 1st 2010.

                  Note that registration must be made before requesting an invitation letter.

                  Please submit the application as early as possible, in order to leave plenty of time to process the application. We suggest submitting it by June 1st 2010, so that the invitations can be prepared and dispatched in a timely manner.
